Guangdong Zhuli Casting Material Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Zhuhai Doumen Fulian Molding Materials Co., Ltd.) was established in 1994 and is one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaged in the research and industrialization of high-tech casting materials. The company covers an area of nearly 100 acres and has a construction area of 60000 square meters. It has built an annual production capacity of 150000 tons of new casting materials. Its main products include furan resin for casting, phenolic resin (non hazardous chemicals), hot core box resin, cold core box resin, curing agent, coated sand, coating, release agent, sand core adhesive series, and auxiliary material series for die-casting. The products are mainly used in the production of core metal components for high-end equipment such as aerospace, automobiles, rail transit, military engineering, nuclear power and wind power. The product sells well throughout the country and is exported to Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

In the past decade, the company has been awarded more than 30 national and provincial qualifications or honors, including National High tech Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Excellent Technology Product Provider in China's Foundry Industry, Leading Enterprise in China's Foundry Industry, Director Unit of China Foundry Association, Member Unit of Casting Sub Committee of China Mechanical Engineering Society, Executive Vice Chairman Unit of Guangdong Foundry Association, Vice Chairman Unit of Guangdong Foundry Society, Guangdong Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, Guangdong Province "Specialized, Refined, Unique and New" Enterprise, Guangdong Province Engineering Technology Center, Zhuhai Key Enterprise Technology Center, Zhuhai Innovation Industry Demonstration Base, etc. So far, the company has led or participated in the drafting of 22 national and industry standards, obtained 32 invention patents and utility model patents, including 10 invention patents, and won the National Invention Patent Award. It has undertaken nearly ten provincial and municipal scientific research plans and won three provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress awards.

The company attaches great importance to research and development innovation, always adhering to the combination of independent innovation and industry university research. It has a four story R&D building with an area of 2500 square meters. The R&D center is the only provincial-level modeling material engineering technology center recognized in our province. The center has gathered more than 20 full-time scientific research and engineering technicians with rich experience, intermediate and senior professional titles or bachelor's degrees or above, including three senior engineers, two national standard committee members, and two high-level talents recognized by the city.
